Pandemic – Our answer is prayer and compassion

More than ever, in this time of uncertainty and pandemic, it is important to pray for each other, and to put our trust in the Lord. As we know, fear is never a good answer. Compassion is the answer, closeness, opening our hearts to others. It is this path that we propose as the Pope’s Worldwide Prayer Network: The Way of the Heart.

2019 – October – Extraordinary Missionary Month

During this month of October, we are partners with the Pontifical Missionary Societies (PMS). In addition to the various missionary proposals organized by the Pope’s Prayer Network in various countries, and in particular our youth branch, the Eucharistic Youth Movement, we will mobilize with various projects at the international level. You can contact the national directors of PMS for a better synergy during the month of October.

2019 – (January) – A participation in the dynamic of the Sacred Heart of Jesus

We began the “recreation” of the Apostleship of Prayer almost ten years ago. These long spiritual processes do not depend on our own powers or capacities but rather on our availability to the Spirit of the Lord, because it is He who is leading. This recreation was necessary so that this spiritual treasure of the Church could be communicated to more people, especially to the new generations and also so that we might be more faithful to the mission that the Holy See has confided to us since the end of the 19th century.

2016 – 2 – Letter of the International Director PWPN to the Bishop Conference

2016 – 1 – Pope’s letter for the Bishops

Dear Brothers,

These lines of greeting come with gratitude for all you are doing and will continue to do for the recreation of this Pontifical service. I reiterate that I am spiritually united with you, especially in the celebration of the Eucharist and in my personal prayer. Without these moments of intimacy with the Lord and without your prayers, I would find this mission difficult. Thank you.
