La Red Mundial de Oraci\u00f3n del Papa es una Obra Pontificia confiada a la Compa\u00f1\u00eda de Jes\u00fas<\/strong>. Estamos presentes en m\u00e1s de 90 pa\u00edses<\/strong>, formando una comunidad espiritual de m\u00e1s de 22 millones de personas<\/strong> que buscan vivir cada d\u00eda con disponibilidad a la misi\u00f3n de Dios. <\/p>\n

En el centro de nuestra vida est\u00e1n las intenciones de oraci\u00f3n mensuales del Papa<\/strong>, que nos invitan a centrarnos en los desaf\u00edos de la humanidad y de la misi\u00f3n la Iglesia. Estas intenciones nos ayudan a ver, sentir y servir con un coraz\u00f3n como el de Jes\u00fas. <\/p>\n

Nuestra historia comenz\u00f3 en 1844<\/strong> en Vals-pr\u00e8s-le-Puy, Francia, cuando se anim\u00f3 a un grupo de j\u00f3venes jesuitas a ofrecer su vida cotidiana en oraci\u00f3n por la misi\u00f3n de la Iglesia. Aquel acto sencillo y generoso dio origen a lo que se convertir\u00eda en el Apostolado de la Oraci\u00f3n<\/strong>, un movimiento espiritual<\/span> que generar\u00eda una red de comunidades<\/span> enraizadas en el Coraz\u00f3n de Jes\u00fas<\/strong>, <\/span>ofreciendo cada d\u00eda con amor y disponibilidad.<\/span> <\/p>\n

Con el paso de los a\u00f1os, el movimiento se extendi\u00f3 r\u00e1pidamente. En 1861<\/strong>, El Mensajero del Coraz\u00f3n de Jes\u00fas<\/em> comenz\u00f3 a conectar a millones de personas de todos los continentes. En 1879<\/strong>, el Papa Le\u00f3n XIII introdujo la pr\u00e1ctica de una intenci\u00f3n de oraci\u00f3n mensual<\/strong>, que se convertir\u00eda en el centro de nuestra misi\u00f3n compartida. <\/p>\n

En 1915<\/strong>, respondiendo a la llamada del Papa, naci\u00f3 la rama juvenil: el Movimiento Eucar\u00edstico Juvenil (MEJ)<\/strong>, antes conocido como Cruzada Eucar\u00edstica, que <\/span>animaba a ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes a rezar y comulgar <\/span>frecuentemente<\/span> por la paz en el mundo<\/span>.<\/p>\n

A lo largo del siglo XX, el Apostolado de la Oraci\u00f3n sigui\u00f3 siendo un puente espiritual entre los fieles y la misi\u00f3n de la Iglesia. Pero en el siglo XXI comenz\u00f3 un nuevo momento de renovaci\u00f3n. En 2009<\/strong>, se puso en marcha un proceso de re-creaci\u00f3n, y en 2014<\/strong>, el Papa Francisco<\/strong> aprob\u00f3 una identidad renovada: la Red Mundial de Oraci\u00f3n del Papa<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Desde entonces, la red ha crecido en profundidad<\/strong>, en herramientas digitales y en presencia global<\/span>, acogiendo a nuevos grupos de todo el mundo con diversos carismas que deseen unirse a esta misi\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n ha desarrollado nuevas<\/span> iniciativas como Click To Pray<\/strong>, The Pope Video<\/strong> y el Camino del Coraz\u00f3n<\/strong>. En 2018, el Papa la reconoci\u00f3 oficialmente como Obra Pontificia, y en 2020 se convirti\u00f3 en Fundaci\u00f3n Vaticana. <\/span>Los estatutos definitivos se publicaron en julio de 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La Red Mundial de Oraci\u00f3n del Papa est\u00e1 enraizada en la espiritualidad del Coraz\u00f3n de Jes\u00fas<\/strong>. En el centro de esta espiritualidad hay un camino que llamamos El Camino del Coraz\u00f3n, un <\/strong>viaje que nos ayuda a acercarnos m\u00e1s a Jes\u00fas alineando nuestros corazones con el suyo: sus deseos, su compasi\u00f3n y su misi\u00f3n. <\/p>\n
