The international director, Fr. Frédéric Fornos SJ, traveled to Greece from March 17 to 21, to meet with the National Coordinator of the Pope’s Prayer Network in Greece, Fr. Petros Chongk SJ, who was appointed in December 2021. Fr. Petros is the parish priest of the Parish of the Heart of Christ the Savior and collaborates with the Arrupe Center, which welcomes migrants and exiles.
Fr. Fornos met with a group of religious men and women in Athens, as well as with Bishop Théodore Kodidis, to present the Pope’s Global Prayer Network. He also met with the local Jesuit community and volunteers from the Jesuit Refugee Service.
