The Eucharistic Youth Movement (EYM) in Poland celebrated its centenary with a grand festival that brought together nearly 800 participants from across the country. It was a true celebration of faith, filled with joy, prayer, and fraternity.

Throughout the weekend-long festivities, children aged 8 to 14 took part in gatherings, talks, moments of prayer, and artistic performances. The event was marked by a profound atmosphere of joy and communion.

The celebration was attended by the International Director of the Pope’s Worldwide Prayer Network, Fr. Cristóbal Fones SJ, and the Assistant to the Continental Coordinator for Eastern Europe, Fr. Thierry Monfils SJ, led by Fr. Marcin Nowak, the National Director of the EYM and responsible for coordinating the event alongside his team. The closing Eucharist was presided over by the Archbishop of Poznań, accompanied by delegates from various dioceses in the country.

We thank the Lord for these 100 years of journey, service, and mission. We join in prayer for the youth of Poland, that they may continue to grow in friendship with Jesus and generously live out the spirit of the Pope’s Worldwide Prayer Network and its youth branch, the EYM.
