Let us pray with the Pope, month after month… and change the world.
The Pope’s prayer intentions are born from compassion for the world and express the challenges facing humanity and the mission of the Church. When the Pope entrusts his prayer intentions to us, he helps us draw closer to the Heart of Christ, to look upon the world through His eyes: “It is important to emphasize that our task is not merely, through total trust, to let the Heart of Christ pour the beauty of his love into our own hearts, but also to ensure that it reaches others and transforms the world through our lives.” (Dilexit Nos, 198).
For 2027, the prayer intentions entrusted by the Holy Father to his Worldwide Prayer Network are presented as a spiritual and pastoral journey capable of touching both the heart of Christian life and the most concrete frontiers of the contemporary world. They echo a simple conviction: when the Church prays faithfully, she learns to look with the eyes of Christ and to serve with a more lucid, patient, and courageous love.
To facilitate their dissemination, the Pope’s Worldwide Prayer Network is making a pastoral resource available in digital format. This material is designed to help parishes, communities, and all the faithful to share and distribute the Holy Father’s prayer intentions.
